Ronald Flemings

1962—2022

Ronald Flemings, 60, of Jennies Creek, Kermit, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at the Tug Valley ARH in South Williamson.

He was born July 26, 1962, in Wayne County, W.Va., the son of the late Hayes and Ruby Spurlock Flemings. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Carolyn Flemings and Jerry Flemings.

Ronald was a handyman and carpenter and of the Christian Faith.

Survivors include his wife of 39-plus years, Connie Marcum Flemings of Kermit, W.Va.; daughters, Michelle Vance of Kermit, W.Va., Amanda Kelly of Charleston, W.Va., and Jessica Whitehair of Morgantown, W.Va.; four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren. Additional survivors include his brothers, Roscoe Spurlock of Warfield, Anthony Marcum and Glen Flemings, both of West Virginia; sister, Virgie Faye Marcum of West Virginia; and numerous extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, September 30, 2022, at Mullins Family Funeral Home, Warfield, with Lark Muncy and Bobby Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Carter-Messer Cemetery on Jennies Creek, under the direction of Mullins Family Funeral Home.
