Francis (Horn) Stepp

1945—2022

Francis Stepp, 77, of Inez, passed away Sept. 10, 2022, at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa.

Born March 1, 1945, in Martin County, she was the daughter of the late JB and Larna Endicott Horn. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Stepp Jr., and one son, Gary Stepp Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Henryetta (Phillip) Johnson of Inez; three grandchildren, Phillip Joseph (Jacquelene) Johnson, Flora (Jim) Johnson Ratliff and Brandon (Brianna) Johnson; and three great-grandchildren, Gavin Johnson, Avery Monroe Johnson and Holden Johnson.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2022, in the Crum Funeral Home chapel with Aaron Davis officiating. Burial will follow at the Francis and Russell Stepp Jr. Cemetery. Friends may visit the funeral home Tuesday 5-9 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
