CITIZEN STAFF REPORT
INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s office reported the following arrests:
Kaitlyn Grace Dabe, 24, of Warfield, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. Sept. 6 in Inez on charges of possession of a controlled substance, third degree (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Sheriff Kirk reported that Deputy David Adams observed Dabe passed out in a vehicle. Officers say Dabe had a yellow pill and a blue pill in her possession, along with a pipe containing marijuana and two other amounts of marijuana.
“She admitted she had taken Klonopin and smoked marijuana,” the police report states.
April Fletcher, 39, of Inez, was arrested Sept. 4 on KY 2032 on an indictment warrant from Martin County charging her with theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others. Deputy David Adams served the warrant at 12:15 p.m.
Christopher James Risinger Guerrero, 46, of Belfry, was arrested Sept. 4 on KY 292 in Lovely on an indictment warrant from Martin County charging him with criminal abuse, first degree, child 12 or under. Deputy Jameson Wall served the warrant at 12:58 a.m.
Gary Lee Gamble Jr., 47, of Inez, was arrested Sept. 4 at the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center on an indictment warrant from Martin County charging him with trafficking in controlled substance, first degree, first offense (over 2 grams methamphetamine) (complicity) and persistent felony offender. Deputy Wall served the warrant at 1:23 a.m.
Joey M. Luster, 67, of Inez, was arrested Sept. 3 on Blacklog Road in Inez on an indictment warrant from Martin County charging him with wanton endangerment, first degree. Constable Bradford Preece served the warrant at 5:05 p.m.
Kayla White, 40, of Lovely, was arrested Sept. 3 on Jewell Drive in Lovely on an indictment warrant from Martin County charging her with flagrant nonsupport. Deputy Wall served the warrant at 6:21 p.m.
Dawson Gabriel Fields, 24, of Lovely, was arrested Sept. 2 on Church Fork in Inez on an indictment warrant from Martin County charging him with assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), minor injury. Deputy Adams served the warrant at 12:28 p.m.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
