Johnie D. Damron, 66, of Summers Fork Road, passed away Aug. 2, 2026, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia.

Born Jan. 19, 1960, in Michigan, he was the son of the late William M. Damron and Amanda Okulich Damron.

Johnie is survived by his son, Ryan Damrn of Long Beach, California; and one brother, William Damron of Cross, West Virginia.

At his request, Johnie will be directly cremated. There will be no formal funeral service. Callaham Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
