Rosa Bell Mullins
1961—2026

Rosa Bell Mullins, 65, of Crum, West Virginia, died Aug. 1, 2026.

Born June 5, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Jethro Spaulding and Louise Hodge.

Rosa was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ermal Mullins; son Ermal Mullins III; daughter Hazel Mullins; and four sisters, Betty Colleen Smith, Deloris Jude, Alice Faye Mullins and Billie Jean Pinkerton.

Survivors include her daughters, Billie Jean Mullins of Charleston and Rosa Bell Mullins of Columbus, Ohio; sister, Hazel (Bob) Messer of Louisa, Kentucky; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

Interment took place Aug. 8, 2026, at the Mullins Family Cemetery on Right Fork of Bull Creek in Crum.
