INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s office reported the following arrests:

Hayes Daniel Maynard, 49, was arrested Aug. 4 on a bench warrant. Deputy Billy Wells made the arrest.

Rose Ellen Johnson, 54, of Inez, was arrested July 30 in Inez on a warrant charging her with fraudulent use of a credit card valued at $1,000-$10,000. Deputy David Adams made the arrest at 8:20 a.m.

Lonnie R. Jude, 49, of Pilgrim, was arrested July 29 at the sheriff’s office on a warrant charging him with receiving stolen property valued at $1,000-$10,000 and criminal trespassing, third degree. Deputy Ronald L. Patrick II made the arrest after Jude turned himself in.

All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
