WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — Arrests reported by the Mingo County Magistrate Court, Southwestern Regional Jail and area law enforcement agencies include charges ranging from domestic violence and drug offenses to grand larceny, child concealment and probation violations.
Timothy Dale Mahon, 58, was arrested June 20 on charges of driving revoked for DUI and obstructing an officer.
Jennifer Nicole Cooper, 38, was arrested June 20 on a charge of false report of an emergency.
Kathryn Ball, 54, was arrested June 18 by members of the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department for child concealment, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and obstructing an officer.
Johnny R. Jude, 44, of Pilgrim, Kentucky, was arrested June 18 by Sgt. N. Mines, Sgt. P. Muncy and Cpl. E. Williams on charges of grand larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny and destruction of property. Jude was also charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Helen M. Bowen, 42, of Inez, Kentucky, was arrested June 18 by Sgt. N. Mines, Sgt. P. Muncy and Cpl. E. Williams on charges of grand larceny, conspiracy to commit larceny and destruction of property.
Darnell Gravely, 56, of Verner, was arrested June 18 by Cpl. M. Leandro and Deputy J.D. Tincher for domestic battery.
Steven Craig Looney, 37, was arrested June 18 for possession of a controlled substance and capias.
Lindsey L. Morrison, 36, of Delbarton, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). She was arrested June 17 by Deputies T. Justice and J. Tincher.
Austin R. Cecil, 25, of Greenville, Tennessee, was charged with transferring stolen goods by selling telecommunications wire valued at approximately $1,000 to Big Frank’s Scrapyard. He was arrested June 17 by Deputies J. May, E. Sherrill and J. Smith.
Justin Jerome Grimmett, 22, was arrested June 17 for delivery of a controlled substance.
Kisha Nicole Layne, 29, was arrested June 17 on a circuit court capias.
Brittany Denise Wilkerson, 36, was arrested June 16 for a probation violation.
Anthony Sammons, 50, of Delbarton, was charged with domestic assault. He was arrested June 13 by WVSP Trooper D.S. Evans.
Donna Estepp, 53, of Matewan, was charged with battery. She was arrested June 12 by Trooper C.K. Johnson.
Eric Jordan, 38, of Delbarton, was charged with entering without breaking, grand larceny and obstructing an officer. He allegedly attempted to steal items valued at approximately $1,000 from a vehicle in Delbarton. He was arrested June 11 by MCSD deputies J. Tincher, Sgt. N. Mines and Cpl. M. Leandro.
William Earl Kiper, 61, of Delbarton, was charged after allegedly removing his electronic monitoring device and failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements. He was arrested June 11 by WVSP Trooper D.S. Evans.
Joseph Crabtree, 57, of Chattaroy, was charged with domestic battery. He was arrested by Trooper J. Morrison.
Joshua Clark, 37, of Dans Branch, was charged with grand larceny. He was arrested by Deputy J. May. The charge stems from an investigation into an alleged March of a 2013 Kia Optima and other items from an alleged victim’s house on Buffalo Creek Road near Williamson, for which police arrested Bobbi Crum on May 2.
All individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
