Elaine (Fuggitt) Mills, 60, of Louisa, passed away June 12, 2026, at her residence.

Born Aug. 24, 1965, in Williamson, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Henry Fuggitt Jr. and Edna (Evans) Fuggitt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Katrina (Jimmy) Hammonds.

Elaine is survived by her husband, James Mills of Louisa; one son, Jason Mills of Louisa; two daughters, Christy (Rodney) King of Martha and Kayla (Anthony) Dean of Louisa; three brothers, Henry (Debbie) Fuggitt of Inez, Greg Fuggitt of Beauty and Travis Fuggitt of Stepp Branch; and two sisters, Sheila (Bob) Maynard of Inez and Marletta (Mike) McGinnis of Inez. Elaine is also survived by seven grandchildren: Blake (Alexis), Sam (Olivia), Hunter, Logan, Jaxson, Alyssa and Hannah; and one great-grandchild, Daphne.

Funeral services were held Monday, June 15, 2026, at Crum Funeral Home in Inez with Rodney King officiating. Burial followed at the Mills Family Cemetery in Louisa under the direction of Crum Funeral Home.
