INEZ — Residents will have one final opportunity this week to help shape a new strategic plan for Martin County during a community meeting hosted by Blueprint Kentucky.
The planning session is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 11, at the Old Courthouse in Inez.
According to organizers, the meeting will provide an overview of ideas and priorities identified during previous sessions, highlight Martin County youths’ vision for the future and allow participants to help develop action steps for achieving long-term community goals.
The resident-led planning initiative is designed to gather public input on the county’s future and establish priorities for community and economic development.
Food and beverages will be provided.

The event is open to all ages and requires no registration.
