Braxton Keathley earns MaxPreps All-American honorable mention

INEZ — Braxton Keathley continues to add to a historic high school career, earning All-American honorable mention honors from MaxPreps.

Only 30 players across the country made the cut for the highly touted list.

The Martin County High School junior guard has established himself as one of the nation’s most productive players, putting together eye-popping numbers this season while leading the Cardinals.

Keathley averaged 33.2 points per game to go along with nine rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.7 steals per contest. He shot an efficient 56.7% from the field and 47.1% from 3-point range, showcasing all-around contributions.

His dominance extends beyond a single season.

Keathley has already surpassed 3,000 career points, currently sitting at 3,128, while also totaling 798 career rebounds.
