Trenton Day (arraignment) — Drinking alcoholic beverage in public place, first and second offense: Reset 5/5/26 at 9 a.m.

Brandon James Elswick (motion to revoke probation – granted) — Violation of interpersonal protective order: Pleaded guilty, bench warrant, no bond, PHR will be set once defendant has been picked up.

Brandon James Elswick (motion to revoke probation – granted) — Violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO: Bench warrant no bond, PHR will be set once defendant has been picked up.

Jamie Jude (motion to set aside failure to appear – granted) — 1. Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license; 2. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first: 1. Pretrial conference 6/16/26 at 9:30 a.m.; 2. Dismissed, proof shown.

Joseph C. Jude (arraignment) — 1. Fleeing or evading police, third degree; 2. Resisting arrest: 1. Pleaded guilty, 277 days to serve, credit time served 277 days; 2. Pleaded guilty, 277 days to serve, credit time served 277 days. Sentences run concurrently. Cost waived due to jail service.

Christopher Mollette (arraignment)  — 1. Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol); 2. Possession of marijuana: 1. Pleaded guilty, 30 days to serve, credit time served 30 days; 2. Pleaded guilty, 30 days to serve, credit time served 39 days. Sentences run concurrently. Cost waived due to jail service.

Christopher Brent Newsome (arraignment) — Speeding 26 mph over/greater: Motion and order to be entered.

Jay Osborn Jr. (arraignment) — Operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/substance, first: Pleaded guilty, $200 fine, cost, loss of license to be determined by the Department of Transportation, complete alcohol drug education classes. Show cause 4/6/27.

Amos Staton (arraignment) — 1. Speeding 21 mph over the limit; 2. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first; 3, Failure to produce insurance card; 4, Failure to wear seat belt: 1. Six-month diversion, no new violations of law. DCPT 10/6/26; 2-4. Dismissed.

Mary A. Wells (motion to set aside failure to appear – granted) — 1. Failure to wear seat belt; 2. License to be in possession; 3. Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license; 4. No/expired registration plates; 5. No/expired Kentucky registration receipt; 6. Improper display of registration plates: Dismissed.

Mary Ann Wells (motion to set aside failure to appear – granted) — 1. Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license; 2. Failure to surrender revoked operator’s license; 3. Ashley Maynard (pretrial conference) — Possession of marijuana: One-year diversion on condition she completes CARES Program, graduates high school, completes counseling through THRIVE and has no new violations of law.

Jason K. Fields (preliminary hearing) — Possession of substance, first degree (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives); possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine): Defendant waived time. Bond amended to release on own recognizance. Defendant will be released to Frontier representative once a bed becomes available for inpatient treatment. Defendant shall complete inpatient treatment through Frontier and follow all its recommendations. Frontier shall provide progress reports to the court. Reset 6/16/26 at 10:30 a.m.
