Brandon James Elswick (motion to revoke probation – granted) — Violation of interpersonal protective order: Pleaded guilty, bench warrant, no bond, PHR will be set once defendant has been picked up.

Jason K. Fields (preliminary hearing) — Possession of substance, first degree (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives); possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine): Defendant waived time. Bond amended to release on own recognizance. Defendant will be released to Frontier representative once a bed becomes available for inpatient treatment.
