Mingo County arrest report

WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate Court released these criminal complaints and arrest reports by various law enforcement agencies this past week.

Panda Sue Bryant

Panda Sue Bryant, 40, of Williamson, was charged with public intoxication, being a pedestrian in the roadway and obstructing an officer. She was arrested April 2 by SP Trooper J. Morrison.

Lundy Brewer

Lundy Brewer, 52, of Kermit, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended license, no insurance and improper registration. He was arrested March 29 by SP Trooper Z. Bragg and MCSD deputies R. Moore and B. Sipple.

Bobbi Jean Childs

Bobbi Jean Childs, 64, of South Point, Ohio, was charged with transferring and receiving stolen property. She was arrested March 28 by deputies of the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD).

Chris Rasnick

Christopher Rasnick, 53, of Panther, was charged with grand larceny and battery. He was arrested March 28 by officers of the Williamson Police Department (WPD).

Stephen Anderson Thomasson

Stephen Andrew Thomasson, 36, of Delbarton, was charged with violation of a domestic protective order. He was arrested March 28 by West Virginia State Police (WVSP) Sr. Trooper J. Marcum, with assistance from the MCSD.

Sean Patrick Bell, 34, of Delbarton, was charged with destruction of property and theft of a battery. Deputies T. Layne and L Thomas of the MCSD arrested him.

Lisa Blankenship, 47, of Iaeger, was charged with DUI, driving with an expired license, possession (meth) and leaving the scene of an accident. Blankenship allegedly drove through a chain link fence and then hit a house at Chattaroy. She then walked away from the accident and left the vehicle. She was arrested by MCSD Sgt. Norman Mines.

Ronald Grundy, of Williamson, was charged with destruction of property, trespassing and harboring dangerous animals. Officer Fleming of the WPD arrested him.

Joshua Michael McCoy

Joshua Michael McCoy, 42, of Kermit, was charged with obstructing an officer. McCoy had an active warrant when deputies saw him at a business near Lenore. He was told he was under arrest, but resisted the officers before being taken into custody March 24.

Katrina Fillinger, 45, of Wayne (formerly of Mingo County), was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. The case originated in neighboring Logan County.

Timothy Allen Slone

Timothy Slone, Sr., 65, of Williamson, was charged with domestic assault, domestic battery and strangulation. He was arrested by officers R. A. Moore and W. Hightower of the WPD.

Steven Lee Rhodes

Stephen Rhodes, 49, of Williamson, was charged with failure to update his address as a registered sex offender. He was arrested March 19 by SP Trooper Z. Bragg, MCSD Sgt N. Mines and Deputy J.D. Tincher.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
