WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate Court clerk’s office released these arrests and criminal complaints from various law enforcement agencies.

Bryandon Standridge, 41, of Matewan, was charged with three counts of animal cruelty. He was arrested by Mingo County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD) Deputies J. May and M. Tiller.

Riley George Burton, 20, of Dingess, was charged with DUI. He was arrested by MCSD Deputy T. Justice.

Charles Robbins Jr., 38, of Buchanan, was charged with public intoxication and obstructing an officer. He was arrested by the Williamson Police Department (WPD) in West End. Officials also found that the subject had an outstanding warrant.

Joshua Maynard, 41, of Delbarton, was charged with shoplifting at the Marathon convenience store in Williamson. He was arrested by the WPD.

Rachel Leann McKinney, 38, of Crum, was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and trespassing. She was arrested by MCSD Deputy M. Tiller.

Steven Ray Marcum, age unavailable, of Chattaroy, was charged with domestic assault and destruction of property. He was arrested by officers from the WVSP and MCSD.

Timmy Dale Mahon, 50, of Lenore, was charged with driving on a revoked license and defective equipment. He was arrested by WVSP Trooper J. Kitts.

Tammy Nichols, 46, of Lenore, was charged with trespassing and violation of a protective order. She was arrested by Sr. Trooper J. Marcum of the WVSP.

Brandon Lee Dillon, 37, of Millers Creek of Williamson, was charged with domestic assault for threatening family members. He was arrested by WVSP Sr. Trooper J. C. Morrison.

Olivia Artis, 27, of Williamson, was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. WPD patrolmen arrested her.

Brooklyn Paige, 25, of Williamson, was charged with harassment. She was arrested by WVSP Sr. Trooper C. K. Johnson.

Michael Chaffins, 60, of Wharncliffe, was charged with driving on a revoked license (DUI) and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by WVSP Troopers Marcum and Kitts.

William Stiltner, 65, of Belfry, Kentucky, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth). He was arrested by WVSP Trooper C.K. Johnson, with assistance from MCSD Deputy M. Tiller. The incident happened in West Williamson during a well-check of an individual in a parked vehicle on Victoria Street.

Michael Edward Starr, 19, of Williamson, was charged with three counts of sexual abuse of a minor in the first degree. He was arrested by WVSP Trooper Morrison.

Nokia Queen, 31, of Buffalo Creek Road in Williamson, was charged with obstructing an officer. She was arrested by Trooper Morrison.

Steven Lee Rhodes, 49, of Williamson, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender and failure to update registry as a sex offender. He was arrested by WVSP Trooper Z.K. Bragg.

Daniel Kozee, 36, of Williamson, was charged and arrested by Sheriff Joe Smith and deputies for setting fire to lands and obstructing an officer. This happened beside Tug Valley High School.

Patrick S. Collins, of Hazard, Kentucky, was arrested by MCSD Deputies T.J. Justice, J. May and M. Tiller for driving while intoxicated DUI.

Katrina L. Fillinger, 45, of Williamson, was arrested by the MCSD for assault on an officer and obstructing an officer.

Jordan D. Napier of Hyden, Kentucky, was arrested by Deputies Justice and May for obstructing an officer.

All of the defendants were arraigned in Mingo County Magistrate Court.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
