WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — Law enforcement agencies continued to be busy in Mingo County the past few days. The Mingo County Magistrate Court office in Williamson released these recent arrest reports.

Jonathan James Pack, 40, of Crum, was charged with driving on a revoked license (DUI), fleeing from a police officer, reckless driving, drug possession and no insurance. It was noted that Pack had multiple traffic violations on his record. He was arrested after an officer observed him speeding at a high rate of speed in the Marrowbone Creek area of the county.

He was arrested by Mingo County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD) Deputies T. Layne, J. Tincher and B. Sipple.

Keith Allen Kinser, 34, of Delbarton, was charged with transferring stolen property. He was caught selling communication wire to Big Frank’s Scrap Yard in Williamson. He was arrested as part of an ongoing investigation by the MCSD.

Dan Kinder, 47, of Red Jacket, was charged with burglary and grand larceny. He was arrested by West Virginia State Police (WVSP) Trooper J. C. Morrison. He allegedly stole several items after breaking into a storage building at a residence, including a chainsaw, pressure washer and weed eater.

Thomas Charles Mahon, 44, of Gilbert, was charged with making a false report to law enforcement officers. He allegedly reported a breaking and entering and assault. He was arrested by MCSD Deputy M. Tiller.

James Shannon Woods, 47, of Buffalo Creek Road, Williamson, was charged with domestic battery. He was arrested by WVSP Trooper J. C. Morrison.

John Muncy, 42, of Williamson, was charged with terroristic threatening. He was arrested by officers from the MDSD and Williamson Police Department.

Ashley Jean Brewer, 41, of Charleston, was charged with entering without breaking, grand larceny, conspiracy to commit a felony and destruction of property. She was arrested by MCSD Deputies Tiller and Layne.

Elijah Lewis Hall, of Williamson, was charged with possession with intent to deliver. This was at a DUI checkpoint on U.S. 119 between Chattaroy and Williamson city limits. He was arrested by MCSD deputies.

Cody Blankenship, 29, of Saint Albans, was charged with trespassing, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing an officer and obstructing an officer. He was arrested by WVSP Sr. Trooper J.L. Marcum at a building on Alderson Street in Williamson.

Ian Loomis, 20, of Pinsonfork, Kentucky, was charged with DUI and possession of marijuana. He was arrested by Deputy M. Tiller of the MCSD.

James Edward Workman, 56, of McAndrews, Kentucky, was charged with driving on a revoked license for a DUI and operating a vehicle with unsafe equipment. He was arrested by Deputies Tiller and Thomas of the MCSD.

James Barrett, of Williamson, was charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the WPD at a DUI checkpoint.

Michael Paul Damron, 50, of Dingess, was charged with theft of utilities and trespassing. He was arrested by WVSP Troopers Bragg and Kitts.

Glen Lee Blevins, 43, of Goodman Hollow, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by WVSP Sr. Trooper J. Marcum.

Christine Venturino, of Williamson, was charged with possession with intent to deliver. WPD officers arrested her.

Bobby Gene Mullins, 63, of Williamson, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Officer Fleming of the WPD arrested him.

Desirae Cook, 38, of Williamson, was charged with child neglect and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) at a DUI checkpoint. She was arrested by Deputy J. May of the MCSD.

Krystale Ann Gibson, 44, of Williamson, was charged with DUI, child neglect and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) at a DUI checkpoint. She was arrested by Deputy J. May of the MCSD.

Erica Stanley, 44, of Wharncliffe, was charged with transferring stolen property. MCSD deputies arrested her.

Kathleen Rose Curry, 52, of Delbarton, was charged with assault and battery. She was arrested by MCSD Deputy B. Sipple.

Martha May, 42, of Williamson, was charged with battery. WPD Chief J. Spence arrested her.

John Lewis Tincher, 53, of Williamson, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance (meth). He was arrested by the U.S. 119 Drug Task Force and MCSD.

Sherry Lynn Barker, 47, of Grayson, Kentucky, was charged with petit larceny and entering without breaking. She was arrested by MCSD Deputy M. Lendearo.

Jessica Marie Adkins, 20, Winco Block, Williamson, was charged with receiving and transferring stolen property. She was arrested by MCSD Sheriff J. Smith and Deputies J. May and E. Sherrill.

George Andrew Casey, 48, of Matewan, was charged with domestic battery and domestic assault. He was arrested by MCSD Deputies Sipple and Justice.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
