Edna (Fraley) Evans
1938—2026

Edna (Fraley) Evans, age 87, of Debord, passed away Feb. 26, 2026, at her residence.

Born June 25, 1938, in Inez, she was the daughter of the late Langley and Maude (Goble) Fraley.

In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Evans, one daughter, Barbara Goble, and three brothers, John Fraley, Thomas “Mick” Fraley and Jim Fraley.

Survivors include one son, Larry Michael (Amy) Evans of Debord and one granddaughter, Lily Evans. 

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026, at Crum Funeral Home in Inez with James Maynard officiating. Burial took place at the Riverview Memorial Gardens in Louisa. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the animal rescue of your choice in memory of Edna and her love for animals. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
