WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate Court Clerk’s Office reported these arrests for Mingo County the week of Jan. 25.
Cary Lee Hatfield, 75, of Belfry, Kentucky, was charged with DUI and speeding. He was arrested by officers of the Mingo County Sheriff’s Department (MCSD) and the Williamson Police Department. Hatfield was also previously arrested and charged with public intoxication, indecent exposure and destruction of property. The incident took place at Williamson Terrace Apartments on Vinson Street in Williamson. The West Virginia State Police (WVSP) made the arrest.
Hatfield appeared before Magistrate Jim Harvey for arraignment on the most recent arrest by Magistrate Jim Harvey.
Billy Ray Anderson, 71, of Matewan, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no registration, obstruction, giving false information and failure to maintain control of a vehicle. WVSP Troopers C.K. Bragg and C.K. Johnson made the arrest.
Anderson appeared in front of Magistrate Dave Justice for arraignment.
Danny Hall, age unknown, of Marrowbone Creek, Kermit, was charged with larceny and destruction of property. He allegedly broke into private property and stole a riding lawn mower, tires and other items. MCSD Deputies R. G. Messer and E. Williams. Made the arrest.
Hall appeared before Magistrate Justice for arraignment.
Philip L. Moore, of Williamson, was arrested by MCSD Sgt. P. Muncy for violation of bond conditions.
