1947—2025

Ruby J. Stacy Fitzpatrick, 78, of Crum, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord, Dec. 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at Three Rivers Medical Center Hospital.

Born Jan. 30, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Columbus and Floria Evans Stacy.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Fitzpatrick; her son, Jackie Alley; and her siblings, Acie Stacy, Carolyn Stacy Tabor, Rosie Jane Stacy, Patsy Stacy and Dollie Stacy.

She was a retail worker at Maloney’s. She was a member of the Crum Separate Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Ricky Alley of Crum; two grandchildren, Julie Osborne and Joseph Dillon; four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Harvey Stacy of Delbarton, sisters, Faye (Terry) Walters of Hatfield, Kentucky, Naomi (Norman) Bowens of Hode, Kentucky, Judy (John) Taylor of Huntleyville, Kentucky, Bonnie (Glen) Moore of Kermit and Sandra (Doug) Runyon of Crum; first husband, Eugene Alley of Hode, Kentucky; brother-in-law, Mike Tabor of Wayne, and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral Services were conducted Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026, at the Silver Creek United Baptist Church in Crum with Roger Williamson and John Taylor officiating. Burial was at the family cemetery behind Sandy and Doug Runyons’ house on River Bend Road. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
