MILLARD — The Kentucky State Police Pikeville Post is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 15-year-old girl from the Millard.

Troopers said they were contacted Jan. 1 regarding the disappearance of Star Blair. She was last seen earlier that day on Daniels Branch in Millard, according to state police.

Police described Blair as a white female, 5-feet-5-inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Blair’s whereabouts should contact Kentucky State Police Post 9 in Pikeville at 606-433-7711.

Trooper Cameron Whitaker is conducting the investigation.
