Kermit woman still missing

KERMIT — The West Virginia State Police are asking for the public’s help locating a missing woman who resides in the Kermit area.

WVSP says that 32-year-old Brittany M. Horn Duff, of Kermit, was last seen June 13 at a home on the 1500 block of Jennies Creek Road in Kermit.

Police say she is reported to have left the home on foot, carrying a backpack and wearing blue jeans and a white shirt.

Duff is said to be about 6-foot-1 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has long brown hair and blue eyes. She has the name “Sparki” tattooed on her neck, a star tattooed on her stomach and her kids’ names on each wrist, according to her brother Kevin Horn.

Kevin Horn said there is a reward of $1,000 for her safe return and $500 for any pertinent information leading to her whereabouts.

WVSP says they have received information that Duff was also seen at a residence in Louisa, and they are working with Kentucky State Police to verify this sighting.
