Federal prison employee indicted for alleged sexual abuse of co-worker

INEZ — A Martin County grand jury has charged a Federal Bureau of Prisons employee with sexual abuse of a co-worker. The grand jury returned the indictment Friday along with three other true bills.
Lance Reynolds, 41, an employee of the USP Big Sandy in Martin County, is accused of third-degree sexual abuse. The indictment states Reynolds committed the offense Sept. 2, 2021, when he subjected S. Lemaster-Skiegs, a co-worker, to sexual contact without that person’s consent. The grand jury did not set a bail amount.
Kobe Bryan Davis, 37, of Hode, is accused of first-degree possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. The grand jury charges that April 5, Davis had methamphetamine, an altered straw, and was under the influence in a public setting. His bail is $5,000.
Scott Marcum, 38, of Debord, is accused of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession/use of drug paraphernalia, and no tail lamps. The indictment states Marcum committed the offenses Feb. 1 by having a 12-gauge shotgun after being convicted of a felony, having a syringe, and operating a vehicle without property tail lamps. His bail is $5,000.
Frank Jay Jude, 42, of Inez, is accused of first-degree possession of a controlled substance-heroin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession/use of drug paraphernalia. The indictment states Jude committed the offenses Feb. 16 by possessing methamphetamine, heroin, a Schedule II/IV controlled substance, and a syringe. His bail is $5,000.
