INEZ — Martin County High School’s Liam Fields is the Inez Drug Store Player of the Week.

The junior had a standout performance Friday night in Martin County’s 41-6 road win over Knott County Central.

Fields caught four passes for 81 yards.

His touchdown reception came early in the first quarter after he cut through the middle for a 14-0 score.

Fields’ most memorable moment came when he hauled in a leaping catch between two defenders near midfield that eventually led to a Cardinal score.
