Doris Jude (pretrial conference) — Assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), no visible injury: Conditional dismissal for one year, no unlawful contact with Buddy Jude and no new violation of law, cost waived due to jail service.
Shawn Marcum (pretrial conference) — Assault, fourth degree (minor injury): Two-year diversion on condition defendant has no contact with Mason Williams or his family, directly, third-party or social media, and no new violation of law, cost waived due to two-day jail service, DCPT 8/27.
