
Greyson Wynne found Harvest Fest Treasure Hunt Clue 1 at the Martin County REACT & Rescue squad building.
The young man collected his $50 prize Thursday at the PVA office.
The Treasure Hunt continues for three more weeks. Look for Clue 2 printed in the Aug. 27 Mountain Citizen.
Martin County Harvest Fest is set for Sept. 12 & 13 in downtown Inez.

Treasure Hunt Rules
- The Harvest Fest Treasure Hunt will last for four weeks.
- The clues will be appear in the newspaper.
- The first three clues will be worth $50. The final clue will be worth $100.
- A person is eligible to redeem only one of Clue No. 1, Clue No. 2 and Clue No. 3. Clue No. 4 is open to all.
- Clues will be on a laminated business card with the clue number and “Martin County Kiwanis Harvest Fest” printed on the card.
- Clues will be hidden in Martin County in an outdoor public place at ground level (0 – 6 feet).
- Members of the Greater Martin County Kiwanis Club are not eligible to participate in the hunt.
- Mountain Citizen and Stayton Law Office employees and their family members are not eligible to participate in the hunt.
- To redeem the clue, bring it to Bobby Hale at the Martin County PVA office for verification and to receive your prize.
