Thomas Fannin

1944—2022

Thomas Fannin, 77, of Tomahawk, passed away June 23, 2022, at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg.

Born Nov. 19, 1944, in Martin County, he was the son of the late Walter and Virgie (Cheek) Fannin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Walter Eugene Fannin, Vernal Roger (Elsie) Fannin and Harold (Rhonda) Fannin, and one sister, Ernestine Washburn.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth Kay (Fitch) Fannin of Tomahawk; two sons, Jason Fannin of Georgetown and Adam Lee Harmon of Inez; one daughter, Nancy Fannin of Lexington; and one sister, Dottie Jarrell of Inez. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Amia Warren, Brayden Warren, Jacob Fannin, Isaiah Harmon and Jason Lee Harmon.

A graveside service was held Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Riverview Memorial Gardens in Louisa, with Kevin Collins officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
