Patricia Lynn Fitch
1965—2025

Patricia Lynn Fitch, 59, of Meally, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025, at Pikeville Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 3, 1965, in Paintsville to the late Mary Bell Sites and Frank Sites.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Samuel Sites.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Chris Fraley; two sons, Paul (Jessica) Fitch of Hammonds and Matthew (Teresa) Fitch of Paintsville; and her grandchildren, Chelsie (Brice) Fitch, Keith Fitch, Lucas Fitch, Justine Fitch, Violet Fitch, Faith Stumbo and Trenton Fitch. She is also survived by her siblings, Frank Allen Sites of Whitesburg, Marie Rowland and Vickie Smith, both of Paintsville.

Funeral services were conducted at the Hammond Freewill Baptist Church on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, with James Blake officiating. Burial followed at the Tackett Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
