INEZ — Hadley Spence, age 8, earned the grand supreme title at Eastern Elite’s Red, White & Boom pageant, scoring the highest overall out of more than 30 contestants.

Hadley also won best theme wear in the event.

She said she loved competing because she could bring her firecracker personality to the stage.

Hadley is the daughter of Brittany and Phillip Spence of Lovely.
