
Terry Lee Bragg
1963—2025
Terry Lee Bragg, 61, of Kermit, West Virginia, passed away Feb. 1, 2025, at the Emogene Hospice House, Huntington, West Virginia, with his family by his side.
He was born Oct. 22, 1963, to the late Landon Bragg and Virginia Justice.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Bragg and nephew, Steven Heller.
Terry was a coal miner. He attended church at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus.
Terry was a member of the Apache Motorcycle Club and loved racing. He also loved spending time with his grandbabies, friends and family.
Survivors include his loving wife of 34 years, Sheri Tonya Damron Bragg; son Terry Lee (Ericha) Bragg Jr. of Kermit; daughter Melinda Sue (Daniel) Adams of Louisa, Kentucky; and four grandchildren, Jason Micheal Vanhoose, Darian Alexander Bragg, Memphis Gage Bragg and Christian Bryce Adams. He also leaves behind his brother Duke Anthony (Melinda) Bragg of Kermit, sisters Sherrie (Lyle) Newsome of Crum, West Virginia, Sarah Lugena Sluss and Sarah Nicole (Junior) Angel, both of Kermit, special brother John (Linda) Moore of Dunlow, West Virginia, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Feb. 7, 2024, at 1 p.m. at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus on Jennies Creek (74 Lick Skillet Rd, Kermit), with Brother Clifford Waller officiating. Burial will follow at the Bragg Cememetary on Mudlick. Pallbearers will be Terry Bragg Jr., Jason Vanhoose, Daniel Adams, John Moore, Lyle Newsome and DA Bragg.
Friends can visit the church from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday.
