Forrest ‘Frosty’ Glenn Sammons
1956-2025

Forrest “Frosty” Glenn Sammons, age 68, of Louisa, passed away Jan. 15, 2025, at the Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia.

Born Nov. 30, 1956, in Bethesda, Maryland, he was the son of the late James Filmore Sammons Jr. and Mildred Louise (Blackburn) Sammons Adkins.

In addition to his parents, Forrest is preceded in death by one son, Christopher Glenn Sammons, and three brothers, Larry Sammons, Timothy Sammons and Hiram Jackson Sammons.

Survivors include his wife, Charity Karen Sammons of Louisa, one son, Adam Sammons of Louisa, one brother, James Sammons of Louisa, and his dog, Freya Marie.

Forrest was saved in the Charleston Area Medical Center.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, in the Crum Funeral Home chapel. Burial followed at the Blackburn Cemetery in Warfield. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
