Anthony Muncy (preliminary hearing) — Operating motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, first; trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, first offense; trafficking in a controlled substance, third degree, first offense: Reset 11/12/24 at 11 a.m.

Kevin A. Totten (preliminary hearing) — Possession of marijuana; receiving stolen property $10,000 or more: Bond amended to unsecured, waived to grand jury.
