LOUISA — Five Martin County Cal Ripken players attended the Bryce Blevins camp in Louisa last week.

Beckam Spaulding, Parker Stafford, Blaine Williams, Davis Wilson and Lyric Howell took instruction from the Marshall University pitcher.

Over 100 kids from the tri-state area attended the camp to learn from the four-time Sun Belt pitcher of the week. His uncle, Steve Blevins, also played for Marshall and assisted with the camp.

The Martin County standouts worked on pitching, fielding, catching, and participated in a home run wiffle ball derby.

All five players were selected as Martin County All-Stars this summer.
