INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s office reported the following arrests:

Jeffrey Saunders, 36, of Debord, was served a fugitive from another state warrant Monday at the United States Penitentiary Big Sandy. Deputy Wesley Endicott served the warrant.

Luther Mills, 56, of Inez, was arrested during a traffic stop Friday in Inez on operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license. Deputy Tyler Lafferty made the arrest.

Brandon C. Bailey, 39, of Tomahawk, was arrested Thursday in Tomahawk on a Martin District Court bench warrant. Sheriff Kirk made the arrest.

Jeremy T. Jude, 26, of Tomahawk, was arrested Thursday on Route 40 in Tomahawk on public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Lafferty stated he responded to a call about Jude walking in the middle of the road and located him in the middle of the eastbound lane in a curve. The deputy says Jude stated he had used suboxone earlier in the day, and he failed all field sobriety tests.
