Robert Junior Baisden
1963—2024

Robert Junior Baisden, 61, of Crum, West Virginia, gained his wings April 7, 2024, at his home.

Born March 25, 1963, in Kermit, he was the son of the late Bob and Annie Salmons Baisden.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his best friend and wife, Cathy “Sissy” Baisden, and brothers Sammy Baisden and Benny Baisden.

Robert was retired and loved spending time with his grandchildren, who were his pride and joy.

Survivors include three daughters, Hazel and Bobby Marcum, Odessa (Anthony) Copley, Teresa (Buddy) Jarrell, and one son, Gregory Scott. He leaves behind his grandchildren, Katie, Gracie, Caleb, Emily, Jax, Journey, Colton, Corbin, Kendra, Jase, Raylee and Kyson; his wonderful mother-in-law, Hazel Brewer; siblings, Jessie Bob Baisden, Bertha (Denver) Spurlock, Joann Clevenger, Mary Jean Baisden; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends; and lifelong friend, Brenda Blackburn.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 11, 2024, at the Old Jennies Creek United Baptist Church, with Joe Maynard and others officiating. Burial will follow at the family cemetery on Jennies Creek. Friends may visit after 3 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
