WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — A Martin County man is in jail in West Virginia following his arrest Thursday on drug charges.
Jordan T. Stacy, 28, of Lovely, and Courtney M. Timmons, 26, of Williamson, West Virginia, were arrested by Mingo County Chief Deputy A. Mounts, Cpl E. Williams and Cpl M. Lendearo.
During the arrest, law enforcement seized multiple packages of drugs and paraphernalia.
Stacy faces charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl), and conspiracy to deliver controlled substances.
Timmons’ charges include possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Both are lodged in the Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden under a $5,000 cash bond.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
