Shonnie J. Pauley
1960—2023

Shonnie J. Pauley, age 63, of Inez, passed away Oct. 6, 2023, at Three Rivers Medical Center in Louisa. He was born July 27, 1960, in Meathouse to the late Clarence J. and Alice C. Newsome Pauley.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one son, William Ray Pauley; four brothers, William “Buzz” Pauley, Tommy Pauley, Jay Pat McCoy and Ray Carlos McCoy; and one sister, Geneva Pauley.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Faye Fletcher Pauley; one son, Clarence Michael Shane Pauley of Inez; two brothers, Lonnie Mitchell Pauley of Inez and Ronnie Pauley of Bastian, Virginia; and two sisters, Regina Steward of Peterstown, West Virginia, and Carol Demmitt of Colorado. One granddaughter, Kelsey Dawn Pauley, also survives.

At the request of the family, there will not be a service at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
