INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s Office reported the following arrests:
Jody Pauley, 57, of Inez, was arrested Tuesday on Route 40 on a parole violation. Chief Deputy Chris Kidd made the arrest.
David Hensley, 53, of Belfry, was arrested Tuesday on Riverfront Road in Lovely on a bench warrant out of Pike County. Sheriff Kirk made the arrest.
Michael D. Mills, 25, of Inez, was arrested Tuesday at Moore’s Trailer Park in Lovely on a bench warrant for court. Sheriff Kirk made the arrest.
Kristi Fletcher, 33, of Inez, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant.
Homer Evans, 66, of Lovely, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for drug court.
Craig Anthony Adams, 35, of Tomahawk, was arrested Sunday on Coon Branch in Tomahawk for third-degree criminal mischief. Sheriff Kirk reported that Adams beat Donald Oaks’ mailbox with a ball bat. According to the police report, Oaks said he heard someone beating on a metal object, looked out the window and saw Adams beating his mailbox. Oaks told police this was the second time Adams had beat his mailbox. Another time, Adams allegedly cut it down and took it with him. Oaks stated Adams made threats in the past, threatening to shoot him.
Angeleena Estepp, 33, of Warfield, was arrested Friday in Warfield for assault, fourth degree (child abuse). Deputy Kidd responded to a call about an out-of-control juvenile at a housing complex. The deputy reported a 12-year-old advised him that her mother had pushed her out of the door, pulled her hair and scratched her arms. The officer noted in his report that the juvenile had injuries to her arms and head. He also noted that the Department of Social Services placed the children into protective custody and removed them from the home for alternate placement.
Mack Estepp, 39, of Warfield, was arrested Friday in Warfield for assault, fourth degree (child abuse). Deputy Kidd’s report states that he was called to a housing complex for an out-of-control juvenile. When he arrived, the juvenile stated that her father had slapped her in the face. According to the officer, Estepp said he slapped the juvenile because she was out of control and fighting with her mother.
Teresa Dials, 57, of Warfield, was arrested Friday at Dempsey Housing in Warfield for public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Deputy Kidd reported Dials came to Dempsey to be considered for the alternate placement of four juvenile kids who were being removed from an apartment. The police report states Dials had trouble keeping her balance, had slurred speech and stated she had taken all her suboxone for the day.
Rhonda Skeens, 55, of Warfield, was arrested Friday for public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Deputy Kidd reported Skeens came to Dempsey to be considered for the alternate placement of four juvenile kids who were being removed from an apartment. The police report states Skeens had slurred speech and stated she had done her suboxone; she had difficulty standing and keeping her balance.
Ethan C. Hensley, 21, of Pilgrim, was arrested Friday for alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offenses, first-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Deputy Bowen made the arrest.
Kenneth Delong, 22, of Tomahawk, was arrested Thursday on Route 40 in Tomahawk on a bench warrant for court. Kidd made the arrest.
Patrick Gibbs, 46, of Pilgrim, was arrested Sept. 20 on Route 40 in Beauty on a bench warrant and operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license. Deputy Kidd reported that Sheriff Kirk traffic-stopped Gibbs. During the investigation, officers determined there was an active warrant on Gibbs and his license had been suspended.
Alexandria Moore, 31, of Warfield, was arrested Sept. 19 at Dempsey Housing in Warfield on a bench warrant for court. Sheriff Kirk made the arrest.
Kevin Runyons, 47, of Warfield, was arrested Sept. 19 at Dempsey Housing in Warfield for possession of marijuana. Sheriff Kirk went to Apartment 26D to serve a warrant and smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the apartment. According to the police report, Runyons admitted he was smoking marijuana and had 12 grams in a container.
Tonia Moore, 46, of Debord, was arrested Sept. 19 at Zip Zone in Debord for no insurance and no operator’s license. Deputy Kidd assisted Sheriff Kirk, who traffic-stopped Moore’s vehicle. The officers determined Moore had no license and no insurance.
