William ‘Bill’ James Dye 

1951—2023

William “Bill” James Dye, 72, of Beauty, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.

Born March 11, 1951, in Martin County, he was the son of the late Angie Lee Delong Harless and Leo Harless. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta Sluss Dye. 

Bill is survived by his two brothers, Dewey Harless and wife Sheila of Georgetown and Ricky Harless and wife Brenda of Inez, along with a host of nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services were conducted Sunday, April 30, 2023, at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez, with Nathan Harless officiating. Burial was at the Warfield Cemetery under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home.
