INEZ — Traders Vendors Mall opened its doors in December 2014 to “sell nice items at affordable prices” in Inez. Originally operating under the banner “East Main Marketplace,” owner Lola Hall and her daughter/business manager, Shirley Moore, decided on Traders Vendors Mall in 2017.
“We needed a more catchy name,” Moore said.
“We did a lot of praying to bring this type of business to the county, thinking if you can sell nice things at affordable prices, why not? The Lord led us in this direction.”
The facility at 1128 East Main Street in Inez is a family-friendly sales venue that includes vendors selling a huge variety of products.
Each vendor has their specialty. You will find everything from vintage clothing to new high-end clothing and shoes, embroidery tee-shirts, vinyl and sublimation; from antique furniture, thrift treasures and secondhand goods to custom-made knives, crafts, novelty items, party supplies and Amish foods; from car cleaning supplies to bicycles; from junk to jewelry, makeup, holiday decor and homemade soaps.
Hall operates a Christian bookstore inside the mall.
“Literally there are so many different items and price ranges on clothing that are new and high-end and gently used,” said Moore. “You will be amazed you’re in a vendors mall.”
Hall and Moore invite everyone to check out Traders Vendors Mall. It is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Vendors include Kathy Endicott, Stephanie Proctor, Becky Griffith, Michelle Ratliff, Alisha Bentley, Alisha Gillespie, Estella Setser, Sheila Hammonds, Michelle Runyons, Jeff Endicott, Sheena and Derrick Potter, Clarrisa Howard and Sonny Holland.
