Carol Sue Bragg

1942—2023

Carol Sue Bragg, age 80, gained her wings Friday, March 24, 2023, at her residence in Kermit, W.Va.

Born Dec. 18, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Rosco and Virginia Adkins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Lincoln Bragg Sr. and one son, Dennis Ray Bragg.

Carol was known for her great heart, always loving and welcoming others into her home. She made everyone feel like family.

Carol leaves behind her loving family: sons Lincoln (Debbie) Bragg and Randall Bragg, both of Kermit, and Gregg (Katie) Bragg of Crum; daughters Deborah (Johnny) Pack of Crum, Brenda Bragg of Dingess, Theresa (Jeff) Sturgell of Pt. Pleasant and Louri (Glenn) Marcum of Stepptown. She also leaves behind three brothers, Gene Adkins, Paul Adkins and Bill Adkins; one sister, Judy Parsons;  a niece considered as a daughter, Sherrie Bragg; a special sister-in-law, Shelby Senters; a special friend, Patty Salmons;13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, March 27, 2023, at the Perry Point Church with Keith Brumfield officiating. Burial was at the Bragg Cemetery. Mullins Family Funeral Home of Warfield is honored to serve the family.
