Ernestine Ward

1938—2023

Ernestine Ward, age 84, of Tomahawk, passed away March 17, 2023 at Martin County Healthcare Facility in Inez.

She was born Dec. 28, 1938 in Martin County to the late James and Dulcie Smith Ward. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Oakey Ward, and one sister Vernon Ward Perry.

She is survived by one sister, Dovie Crum of Tomahawk, and her nephew, Keith Crum.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, March 20, 2023 in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Roger Harless officiating. Burial was at the Ward Cemetery under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
