PAINTSVILLE — The Big Sandy Area Community Action Program will give out vouchers to purchase seeds, plants and fertilizer from local vendors to build gardens at home.

Eligible households receive $50 vouchers.

To be eligible you must meet the income eligibility guidelines, provide proof of income, provide Social Security numbers and bring a utility bill to verify address.

The program starts Monday and ends April 7.
