Police looking for suspects in Kermit school break-in

KERMIT, W.Va. — The Mingo County Sheriff’s Department is asking for assistance locating the two individuals that broke into the Kermit Pre K-8 school at approximately 2:30 a.m. Feb. 28.

Cameras were able to pick up pictures of the suspects.

These two individuals were inside the school for approximately 30 minutes before stealing money collected from a recent basketball game.

Sheriff Joe Smith and Cpl. E. Williams are the investigating officers.
