Eden Elementary would like to recognize several different groups of people that have exhibited “paws-itive” behaviors that are noteworthy of celebration. Every week, we would like to showcase a student from each grade level. We will also be spotlighting a community partner and a member/group of our hard-working staff that have gone above and beyond to make a positive impact on our school. This community partner and staff will actually remain in the spotlight for two weeks.
Our school staff is always watching for opportunities to encourage students to demonstrate excellent character, behavior or effort. Our school hopes to create a “paws-itive” culture for students, staff, and our community where they truly feel valued as we spotlight these Wonderful Wildcats!

Staff of the Week
This week we would like to spotlight our Eden Elementary academic coaching staff: Lora Hale, Shayna Horn and Chasity Crum.
Aside from being a guidance counselor, school psychologist and sixth grade teacher, this coaching staff continues to find success during and after school. As academic team coaches, they put in countless hours preparing our students for meets and competitions. Over the last several years, our academic program has consistently been atop the district and regional standings. Their hard work and dedication are inspiring not only to our students but to our staff. We are very proud of our coaches and would like to thank you for all that you do!
Community Partner of the Week
We would like to thank our local McDonald’s and Subway for donating food for our District Governor’s Cup that was hosted at Eden Elementary. They went above and beyond in helping feed our students and visitors and providing for our hospitality room. Thank you both very much for your kindness and generosity.
Again, thanks to all of these Wonderful Wildcats for making our school a more “paws-itive” place to learn and be.
