INEZ — A Martin County grand jury returned indictments Thursday against five individuals. Charges include burglary, receiving stolen phone cable and drug possession.

Lara Giacomoni aka Lara Davis, 39, of Lovely, was indicted for second-degree burglary/complicity and second-degree persistent felony offender. The indictment alleges that Giacomoni acted alone or in complicity with James A. Moore and entered the dwelling of Breezy Jude in Lovely to commit theft and that she has a previous felony conviction. She is summonsed to appear in court March 2.

James A. Moore, 53, of Lovely, was indicted for second-degree burglary/complicity and first-degree persistent felony offender. The grand jury accuses Moore of acting alone or in complicity with Lara Giacomoni and entering the dwelling of Breezy Jude in Lovely to commit theft. The indictment states Moore has two or more previous felony convictions. He is summonsed to appear in court March 2.

Kody Endicott, 28, of Inez, was indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. The indictment states Endicott possessed methamphetamine Aug. 22, 2022. His bail is $5,000.

Shawn S. Fitch, 40, of Inez, was indicted for receiving stolen property under $10,000. The grand jury accuses Fitch on Nov. 20, 2022, of having 250 feet of BHAA aerial cable containing GPS trackers stolen from AT&T with a value over $1,000. He is summonsed to appear in court March 2.

Joshua Scott, 36, of Inez, was indicted for second-degree possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. The indictment states Scott had in his possession Suboxone and a syringe Aug. 16, 2022. His bail is $500.
