Addie (Moore) Osborne Farley
1935—2022
Addie Moore Osborne Farley, age 87, of Ulysses, formerly of Pilgrim, passed away Monday, Nov. 7, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Addie was born July 4, 1935 on Wolf Creek to Roosevelt and Lucy Mills Moore. She is preceded in death by her first husband Grover Osborne, second husband James Bert Farley, son Ron Osborne, son-in-law Jerry Marcum, brothers McKinley Moore, Jonie Moore, Lacy Moore and Roosevelt Moore Jr., and sister Vennie Moore.
Addie is survived by three children: daughter Darlene (Freddie) Maynard of Ulysses, son John (Christina) Osborne of Peek Skill, N.Y., and daughter Teresia Marcum of Culloden, W.Va.; five grandchildren, JJ (Regina) Hale of Ulysses, Dustin (Kayla) Hale of Inez, Hank Osborne of New York, Ben Osborne of Peek Skill, N.Y., and Misty (Jeremy) Barr of Culloden, W.Va.; and seven great-grandchildren, Bradley Hale, Madison Hale, Katelynn Hale, Dylan Hale, Kenna Hale, Colton Barr and Carly Barr. She is also survived by two brothers, Eugene (Thelma) Moore of Pilgrim and Ballard (Sharon) Moore of Inez, five sisters, Dorothy Robinson, Kennie Preece and Arizona (Conley) Horn, all of Inez, Virgie Muncy of Ulysses, and Judy Kline of Logan, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022 in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home. Burial was at the Osborne Family Cemetery, under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
