PIKEVILLE — The Pike County grand jury returned indictments against 11 individuals March 10. Charges range from drug possession and bail jumping to theft, fleeing police and assault, with two defendants facing multiple separate indictments.
Kaylee Damron, 32, of Pikeville — theft by unlawful taking (felony).
Michael Damron, 35, of Elkhorn City — third-degree fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
Jacob Fletcher, 32, of Pikeville — second-degree wanton endangerment and resisting arrest.
Deshaun Gwyn, 34, of Pikeville — first-degree fleeing or evading police and three counts of fourth-degree assault.
Jason Howell, 43, of Harold — theft by deception.
Brittany Johnson, 33, of Beaver — two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and one count of public intoxication.
Leona Johnson, 32, of Hardy — two separate indictments for first-degree bail jumping.
Larry Leach, 38, of Pikeville — two separate indictments for first-degree bail jumping.
Aleigha Roop, 27, of Bevinsville — first-degree fleeing or evading police, second-degree fleeing or evading police, speeding, careless driving, no registration plate and driving on a suspended license, first offense.
Eddie Smith, 68, of Pikeville — theft by deception and theft by unlawful taking.
Estill Tackett, 32, of Harold — third-degree fleeing or evading police.
