Mary Lou Setser (pretrial conference) — Terroristic threatening, third degree; obstructing government operations: Pleaded guilty to both charges, 180 days, probation for two years on condition she completes inpatient treatment through Addiction Recovery Care and follows all recommendations. Bond amended to release on own recognizance, to be released to ARC representative once a bed becomes available. Review 2/24/26 at 9:30 a.m.

Ethan Howard (motion to set aside) — Disorderly conduct, second degree: In lieu of revocation, in addition to previous conditions, the defendant will undergo drug and criminal thinking counseling through Thrive and submit to random drug tests and follow all recommendations of treatment, including completing the Thrive intern program. Waiver signed.
