WILLIAMSON, W.Va. — The Mingo County Magistrate Court reported these recent arrests by various law enforcement agencies.
Cary Hatfield, 75, of Williamson, was charged with public intoxication, indecent exposure and destruction of property. The incident took place at Williamson Terrace Apartments on Vinson Street. West Virginia State Police Trooper J.L. Marcum arrested Hatfield.
Arlene Helvey, 45, of Williamson, was charged with driving on a revoked license (DUI), no proof of insurance and defective equipment. She was arrested by WVSP Trooper Z.K. Bragg.
Hunter Dakota Salmons, 21, of Justice, was charged with strangulation and suffocation and three counts of domestic battery. He was arrested by WVSP Sr. Trooper C.K. Johnson.
Max Ray Correll, 57, of Iaeger, was charged with destruction of property. Officer L.J. Thomas arrested him.
Kevin Wayne Browning, 44, of Ben Creek, was charged with drug possession and delivery of a controlled substance. He was also charged with conspiracy to distribute illegal drugs (meth) and maintaining a drug house. Browning also had a parole violation. He was arrested by MCSD Deputy Blake Sipple and Deputy T.J. Justice.
Clarrissa Danielle Noon, 28, of Ben Creek, was charged with drug possession and delivery of a controlled substance. She was also charged with conspiracy to distribute illegal drugs (meth) and maintaining a drug house. MCSD Deputies Sipple and Justice made the arrest.
Tiffy Ann Bowen, 35, of Delbarton, was charged with two counts of battery, destruction of property and disorderly conduct. She was arrested by Trooper J. L Marcum. The incident happened at Maria’s Diner in Delbarton.
Bethany Dotson, 48, of Nolan, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (meth and marijuana). Deputies Sipple and Justice arrested her.
