Probation supervised for two years on condition that the defendant completes six-month inpatient drug treatment through Frontier, counts shall run concurrently for a total of two years.

Samuel Porter (sentencing) — 1. Wanton endangerment, first degree; 2. Wanton endangerment, first degree; 3. Terroristic threatening, third degree; 4. Persistent felony offender, first degree: 1. Five years; 2. Five years; 3. Twelve months; 4. Dismissed. Sentences to run consecutively for a total of 10 years to serve.

Marcus Thompson (sentencing) — Theft by unlawful taking, $1,000-$10,000: Three years. Credit for time served in West Virginia will be left to the court’s discretion if allowable by law.
