Lorie Ann (Johnson) Dials, 61, of Warfield, passed away Jan. 11, 2026, at her home.

Born Oct. 10, 1964, in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ruth Atwell Johnson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Darlene Johnson New and brother Joe Johnson.

Lori was a homemaker and a former EMT in Warfield.

She is survived by her children John Dials of Corbin and Rhoades Dials and Sissi (Stephen) Massie, both of Warfield; nine grandchildren Caiden Dials, Kendrick Dials, Kionna Hunter, Peyton Massie, Carlee Massie, Jacob Massie, Caleb Step, Trinity Dingess and Darren Dingess; brothers Thomas (Stephanie) Johnson and David (Angie) Johnson, both of Ohio; best friend Vickie McClung; as well as a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be at Mullins Family Funeral Home in Warfield from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026, at 11 a.m. with Will Arbin and Rick Dial Officiating. Burial will take place at the Warfield Cemetery.
