Albert Perry
1937—2025

Albert Perry, 88, of Dunlow, West Virginia, passed away Dec. 20, 2025, at home surrounded by his family.

Born Jan. 28, 1937, he was the son of the late General and Lydia Perry.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his spouse, Minerva Perry; his son, Jason Perry; his daughter, Rosella Perry; and several brothers and sisters.

He was a bus driver for the Mingo County Board of Education in West Virginia.

He is survived by Albert Clayton (Pat) Perry of Jennies Creek, Norman Randall Perry of Breeden, Alma Jean (Mitchell) Hinkle of Right Fork of Laurel Creek, Tessa Perry of Breeden, Katrina Wise of Louisa, Kentucky, Crystal Perry of Laurel Creek, 15 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; brother Jennings (Barb) Perry of Ohio, sisters Elizabeth Perry (Keither Newsome) of Wayne County, Kathy Perry of Wilson Dale, Myrtle (Jessie) Waller of Ohio, Tennessee (Dennis) Dillon of Wayne County, and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025, at the Old Jennies Creek Baptist Church with Freddie Messer Jr. officiating. Burial followed at the General Perry Cemetery on Jennies Creek. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
